ARRIVALS

Please ensure you are able to arrive on time for your appointment as the stylists and therapists are often fully booked. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, they may not be able to carry out your full service. 

 

CANCELLATIONS

Appointments are very important to us, and you, the client. We of course understand that sometimes adjustments or cancellations are necessary, and therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. 

 

When a client cancels or forgets their appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive their service. 

 

Our appointments are confirmed by text 24 hours in advance as we know how easy it is to forget an appointment. Should an appointment be missed, the following fees will apply:

 

LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE: 50% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT

 

NO SHOW: CHARGED AT 100% OF THE SERVICE AMOUNT
